    Dividend policy is subject to the discretion of our Board of Directors, who will periodically review the dividend level based on a number of factors, including Swiss Water’s financial performance, future prospects and capital requirements. On March 18, 2020, Swiss Water’s Board of Directors decided to suspend future dividends.

  • Does Swiss Water offer a Dividend Reinvestment Plan?

    Not at this time. Investors interested in purchasing additional shares at the current market price can do so through their broker.

  • When is Swiss Water fiscal year-end?

    The fiscal year-end for Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Inc. is December 31.

  • Can US-based investors buy Swiss Water?

    Yes. Shares are traded publicly on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX:SWP).

    Our shares are eligible for investment under the usual Canadian statutes and for RRSPs, RRIFs, RESPs, RDSPs, DPSPs and TFSAs and are not considered foreign property under such plans.

    You can find a retailer that carries coffee decaffeinated with Swiss Water® Process on our website. You can also order coffee freshly roasted by different companies online to be shipped to your home through our online store.
